Youth Skill & Career Camp

The Youth Skill & Career Camp is a full-day programme designed to equip young people from Baramulla and surrounding areas with the practical skills they need to build confident, future-ready careers.

Through a series of hands-on workshops, participants will explore digital literacy, communication, and entrepreneurship — learning directly from experienced mentors and industry professionals. The day combines interactive sessions, group activities, and personal guidance to help each young person identify their strengths and chart a clear path forward.

Whether you are a student deciding on your next step, a recent graduate seeking direction, or a young entrepreneur with an idea to grow, this camp offers the tools, network, and encouragement to move forward. Career counsellors will be available throughout the day for one-on-one mentorship, and every participant will leave with a personal action plan.
