Documenting the voices of our elders

A new oral-history project is documenting the voices, memories and wisdom of our elders — preserving a generation's knowledge before it is lost to time.

Through careful interviews and field documentation, our team is recording the lived experiences of elders, artisans and keepers of tradition across the valley. These recordings capture invaluable stories of culture, craft and community life that exist nowhere else.

The gathered material will be preserved, studied and published as part of our growing heritage archive — ensuring that the wisdom of our elders becomes a lasting inheritance for students, scholars and generations yet to come.
